Building your custom home process

Step 1

Make a list of the desired attributes of your dream home (For instance, you might include the following).
Location
Lot size
Open concept with sliding glass door to backyard
Updated kitchen Island with quartzite and cabinets of your choice
large living room with dining and kitchen connectivity
Master bathroom with tub and special shower
Door from master bedroom to backyard
Ceiling height
Desired livable area sq. ft. with air conditioning
Total area under roof including livable, garage, and other covered areas
Other...

Step 2

send the list from step 1 one to my email
(af@westerncustomhomes.com). With the list you provide I can give you construction timeline and project cost.

Step 3

During the house design process, you have the option to add or remove desired futures to the house. The first set of construction drawings is used as a tool to visualize your options and updated as needed.

Step 4

Finalize construction drawing and send for approval.

Step 5

Construction of your dream home begins, and it is time to make final selection of interior options including wall color, cabinets, interior doors, wall texture, light fixtures, special appliances, flooring, tub, other...

If desired, add pool, landscaping, controlled irrigation, and plants...

Ideally, you are able to visit the house often. Otherwise, I can provide video updates.

Step 6

Your dream home is ready to move in.
